Personal Definition:
To leave your comfort zone and experience new things, if you never push your limits you won’t know what you are capable of. The best place to do this is in the outdoors surrounding yourself with different stimuli that you can’t get indoors. Explore what is around you and how you can share that with other people. Most importantly is to be present in the moment take in all that is around you with your senses and disconnect from the technological word. Lastly to preserve the environment for the future generations to get the same benefits I do from being outdoors.
-
Protect the environment don’t leave a lager imprint than necessary.

-
Be creative to come up with ways that people of all abilities (physically or cognitively) might be able to participate alongside their friends.
-

-
Ensure that staff are well trained and certified to carry out the programming.
Key Factors:
I always love spending time outdoors doing anything from hiking to kayaking. I would love to try my hand at rock climbing and geocaching.
